CHAMBERLIN, David Age 58 years. Passed away peacefully on July 29, 2007 at the Wakefield Hospital. David will be remembered lovingly by his friend and partner Catherine Potvin, his brother Larry (Peg), Nepean, sister Marilyn (Wayne), Alcove and sister Susan (Dan), Farrelton as well as many other relatives, friends and Catherine's family. Predeceased by his brothers, Ralph and John (Noella), Wakefield. A private family Funeral Service will be held. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 8/1/2007
