Hugh Ransford PARLEE

PARLEE, Hugh Ransford April 30, 1927 - July 30, 2007 Predeceased by his wife Margaret who lies at rest in the West Indian Island of St. Christopher. Will be very sadly missed by his brother Bill (Carmen) Mersereau and by his many nieces and nephews and old friends. Hugh spent a number of years from 1968 on the West Indian Island St. Kitts where he established a teachers training college under the direction of C.I.D.A. Hugh was well liked and highly thought of by his friends and colleagues. His thoughtful and considerate treatment to all he came in contact with will be long remembered. A Graveside Service was held at Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd.) on Friday, August 3. In memory of Hugh donations to CHEO. Published in the Ottawa Citizen from 8/1/2007 - 8/4/2007
