BELLINGER, Philip E. After a full and vibrant life on Tuesday July 31, 2007, in his 80th year. Loving husband of Elizabeth (nee Phipps) for 53 years. Proud father of Ceri Bellinger (Robert Muise), Ted Bellinger (Lindsey) and Karl Bellinger. Cherished grandfather of Dustin, Olivia, Brennan, Jordan, Graham, Krista and Natasha. Survived by his sister Claire Walter.
