DISIPIO, Antonio (Tony) Brother of the I.U.B.A.C. Local 7 Ottawa Antonio Disipio, sadly but peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, August 5th, 2007 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Maria Pia Papponetti Disipio. Loving father of Katia (Mike), John (Antoinette), Dan (Nathalie), and Carlo (Christina). Adored "Nonno" of his nine grandchildren Kristel, Celia, Justin, Sarah, Nicholas, Mateo, Angelo, Stefano and Leah. Dear brother of Carmela Pantalone (the late Gino), Albert (Stella), Frank (Maria), and Marco (Sandra). Also stepson to Antoinetta Disipio. The Disipio family would like to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to the Ottawa Civic Hospital staff, St. Vincent Hospital and the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre Palliative Care Unit for the special care that was provided to our father and family. "Papa" will be fondly remembered in our hearts, with his accordion, and by all those he entertained over the years. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Thursday, August 9, 2007 from 2 - 9 p.m. A Funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, 427 Booth Street on Friday, August 10, 2007 at 10;30 a.m. Christian burial to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, 455 Montreal Road at St. Laurent. In memoriam donations to the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
