LES FAMILLES St-Jacques et Cadieux ont le regret de vous annoncer le décès de SUZANNE ST-JACQUES née Cadieux décédée paisiblement à son domicile le 3 août 2007, à l'âge de 57 ans. Elle était la fille de feu Rémi et de feu Marie Irène Cadieux. Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux bien-aimé Michel St-Jacques; ses enfants: Luc (Vicky B., Gabriel), Mélanie (Michael MacLean) et Marie-Céline (Derek Alexander, Aidan). Elle laisse également ses frères: Gilles (Germaine), Jacques (Lucie), Bernard (Francine); sa soeur Hélène (Maurice St-Jean); ses beaux-parents: Raymond et Rollande St-Jacques et son beau-frère Réjean (Lynne). Le service religieux en présence des cendres aura lieu le vendredi 10 août 2007 à 11h, en l'église St-Grégoire-de-Nazianze. La famille recevra vos condoléances après le service à la salle des Chevaliers de Colomb au 490 des Pins, Gatineau (secteur Buckingham). La famille désire remercier le Centre Chemo Daycare for Ovarian Cancer (8e étage), ainsi que la Dre Louise Coulombe (soins palliatifs). Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à l'Association nationale du cancer des ovaires ou au Centre régional de cancérologie de l'Hôpital d'Ottawa, 501 rue Smyth, Ottawa (Ontario), K1H 8L6, seraient grandement appréciés. A memorial service will be held at St. Gregoire-de-Nazianze Church, Gatineau (Buckingham), Quebec on Friday, August 10, 2007 at 11 a.m., followed by a reception in the Knights of Columbus Hall, 490 des Pins, Gatineau (Buckingham), Quebec.
