SETTLE, Richard (Longtime employee Northern Electric) - Peacefully, at the Belleville General Hospital, on Saturday, August 18, 2007, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Diana Settle. Loving father of Judy Settle (Justin Wonnacott) and Peter Settle (Dagmar). Dear Grampa of Mabel Wonnacott and Sean Settle. Dear brother of Dorothy Brock and the late Victor.
