BISSONNETTE, Rene George Joseph - Peacefully at the Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Saturday, August 18th, 2007 in his 92nd year. Rene, beloved husband of the late Mae Bissonnette (nee Sidey)(1995); loving father of Rick and his wife Barb of Scotland, Theresa Follington and Rick of Woodstock, Louise Pepin and her husband Jean of Saskatchewan, Robert and his wife Susan of Brantford, Lisa Fazekas and her husband Les of Brantford, Micheal and Julie of St. Mary's, Reena Douglas and her husband Scott of Woodstock, and Len of Brantford. Dear brother of Roland Bissonnette, and Rolande both of Cornwall, and Anita. Cherished Grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Rene will also be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL“, 96 West Street, Brantford, on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial from St. Basil's Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street, Brantford on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 2:00 PM followed by interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
