CLARKE, Janis Evelyn - After a courageous fight with cancer, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at RVH Barrie. Dear wife of John Clarke and loving mother of Kirsten (Tim) and Kyle (Lauren). Beloved daughter of Janet Swindlehurst and the late Herbert Swindlehurst of Perth, Scotland. Dear sister of Helen McKay and Yossi Goldberg of London, England and sister-in-law of Karen and Robert O'Bright of Windsor and Ross and Milly Clarke of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dear aunt to Terry (Jackie), Colleen (Craig), Janis (Marc), Michael, Sinclair, Rory, Tom, Daniel, Danny and Pam. She will be sadly missed by her 7 great-nieces and nephews. We will remember her inner strength, tenacity and quick wit. Cremation to take place and a Memorial Service in Celebration of Jan's life will be held for family and friends. A special thank you is extended to the nurses of RVH 3SB and 3NB and Dr. Murdoch for their kindness to our wife and mother.
