Everett MacLeod Everett Eldon MacLeod, 81, of Second North River and formerly Quincy Mass. passed away Sunday, August 19, 2007 at the Jordan Lifecare Centre. Born at Second North River he was a son of the late Richard and Mary (Killam) MacLeod. Everett was a retired carpenter and a member of Second North River Baptist Church and a former member of Central Baptist Church in Quincy Mass. Survived by his daughter, Elaine and her husband, James Lally of Stow Mass.; granddaughter, Heather; step-daughters, Edna Hicks, Annie Curtis; step-son, Francis Barry; sisters, Edna O'Blenes and Florence Alward of Moncton; brothers, Freeman (Annie) of Second North River, Robert (Eva) of Salisbury; and by nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, Eloise; sisters, Alice MacLeod, Gertrude Lounsbury, Lucy Wheaton; brothers, Goldwyn, John, Charles, Leslie, Jesse and Waldo. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 22 at 2 p.m. Interment at the Monteagle Cemetery.
