CHAMBERS, MARGARET R. - The death of Margaret R. Chambers of Kingston, wife of Charles W. Chambers occurred August 21, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in Saint John, daughter of the late Frederick and Ella (Hovey) Shaw. Margaret was a resident of Saint John the greater part of her life moving to Kiersteadville Road in 1986. She is survived by her husband, Charles; three sons, Norman (Karen), Halifax, Anthony (Janice), Halifax, Steven (Deborah), Central Greenwich; two sisters, Dorothy Foote, Plaster Rock, Olive McQuinn, Saint John; two brothers, Lloyd Shaw (Helen), Ontario, Hazen Shaw (Shirley), Saint John; six grandchildren, Eric, Alex, Evan, Lisa, Toni and Michelle; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, with visitation Thursday 2:30 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral will be held Friday, 1:00 pm at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Dennis Clark officiating. Interment in Riverbank Cemetery.
