Vladmirs NIKIFOROVS

NIKIFOROVS, Vladmirs "Nick". (September 21, 1921 - August 14, 2007). Vladmirs "Nick" Nikiforovs passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, August 14, in Montreal. He is loved and will be missed by his family and friends. He was a wonderful husband to Konstance, his devoted wife of sixty-one years, and a loving father to his two children, the late Victor (Christine Nikiforovs) and daughter Ingrid (Gordon Gellis). He was a caring grandpa (opa) to his five grandchildren: Johnathan, Ruth, Katrysha, Sacha and Timothy. He will be remembered and missed by his extended family: Scott (Lynda), Grant, Donna (David) and great-grandchildren Isabella, Erick, Julia, Dylan, Lauren and Andrew, and his grandpuppy Ziggy. A visitation will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on Friday, August 17 at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, H2V 2P9, (514-279-6540) with a service to follow at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Montreal Cardiological Institute or The Latvian Childrens Camp "Pasaka", c/o Daina Brauns: 1372 Randall Ave., Ottawa, Ontario, H1H 7R3.
