VENTURA, Stanley Francis WWII Veteran Retired District Chief - OFD Peacefully, Wednesday, August 15, 2007. Stanley Ventura age 83. Beloved husband of Doris (nee Palombo). Loving Father of Susan Ventura (Mel Peverley) and Peter Ventura (Kathy). Dear grandfather of Daniel, Shane and Kieara. Dear brother of Leonard Ventura (Doreen). Predeceased by his son Brian, his brother Norman and his sister Gloria Gorman. Special thanks to the superb staff at Gatineau 1 North at the Perley-Rideau. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Road, Kanata, Saturday after 1 p.m. A Service in Memory of Stanley will be held Saturday in the Chapel at 4 p.m. In memoriam donations to the Perley-Rideau Veterans Health Centre Foundation or Alzheimer Society.
