LOWE, James David Andrew "Jim" Deputy Reeve of Drummond-North Elmsley Township and Retired Sergeant Carleton Place Police Department Peacefully, with his loved ones by his side, on Saturday August 18, 2007 at the age of 62. Loving husband of Alice Madigan. Dear father of Linda, Lori, Julie and Curtis. Proud grandfather of Bronson and Logan Bennett. Survived by his sisters Mary Tryon and Marjorie MacGregor, and his brother Donald Lowe. Predeceased by his sisters Elinore Lay and Myrtle Ravesloot. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at the Carleton Place Legion, Branch 192 on Sunday, August 26, 2007 from 2 pm. Musicians are invited to bring their instruments.
