VIDAL, Efraim A., Sr. Peacefully at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre on Saturday, August 18, 2007 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Candida (nee Sudiacal). Loving father of Nelson (Carmelita Espino), Unoflor (Clotilde Canizares), Rebecca Kathleen, Grace (Teodoro Oviedo), Meca Veta, Mecelina (Alex Guazon), Mira (Kenny Tan), Kim (Kenny Kim), Efraim Jr. (Eva Mendillo), Marma (David Anderson) and Marijoy (Rey Cubar). Cherished grandfather of 23 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway on Tuesday, August 21 and on Wednesday, August 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Wesley United Church, 31 Graham Avenue (corner of Main Street) on Thursday, August 23 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and caregivers at the Ottawa General Hospital and the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre, especially Dr. Marie Josee Benoit for her 13 years of care.
