BILLINGS, James Harold Feb. 21, 1926-Aug. 9, 2007 Veteran WWII Royal Canadian Legion Branch 174 Jim passed away in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 9, 2007, Jim Billings of Arnprior, Ontario in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Phyllis (Sheffield) Billings. Dear father of Christopher (Sharon) Billings of Kemptville, Joanne Biggley of Hamilton and Margaret Billings of Ottawa. Dear brother of Nellie Rutherford of Morrisburg, Della Craig of Kemptville, Lillian Sargant of Kemptville, Fred Billings of Winchester and Donald (Joyce) Billings of Winchester. Predeceased by his sisters Rachel Dillabough and Mary Skuce. Survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Son of the late William and Robena (Bilow) Billings. Rested privately at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd. Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. in Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery. In memoriams to ADMH "Partners In Caring" would be appreciated by his family.
