LAMOTHE, Fernand (Fern) WWII Veteran 1917-2007 Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Monday, August 20, 2007 in his 90th year. Beloved spouse and best friend of Fleurette Hupe. Dear father of Roger (Barbara), Brian (Francis) of Alymer, Marian and Sonia (Paul) of Vancouver. Also survived by his children's mother Rita Tanner. Stepfather of Danielle Saumure (Ronald), Sylvie Lamb (Ron Harriski) and Michelle Lamb (Michael). Grandfather of Alain, Rita, Amy, Samantha, Victoria, Patrick, Eric, Kyle, Ryan, Cory, Alexandra, Melanie, Christine and Stephanie. Also great-grandfather of four. Brother of Jean-Paul St-Pierre (Helene) and Francoise Gunville. Predeceased by brothers Laurent (Berth), Marcel, Gerard (Jeanine), and sisters Therese, Marguerite, Rita, and Marie. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse Playfair and McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Friday, August 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 25 at 11 a.m. at Saint-Remi Roman Catholic Church, 2821 Dumaurier Avenue, Ottawa.
