Jeannine THIVIERGE

ROY, Jeannine (nee Thivierge) Born October 9th, 1928 in Ottawa died peacefully on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007 surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jean Conrad Roy. Mother to Jacqueline (Ken Mousseau), Claude, the late Pierre, Carole (Jacques Chenier), Bernard, Paulette (Marcel Renaud) and Pauline (Brian Stewart). Survived by her grandchildren: Lynn, Scott, Mark, Donna, Lina, Marcel, Michel, Chantal and Eric; great-grandchildren Sean, Pascal, Alex, and Kaley Anne. The daughter of the late Menesippe Thivierge and Angelina Martel. Dear sister to Leo, Horace, Aurele, Constant, Roland, Emile, Jean-Paul, Edmond, Rheal, Lea, Emilia, Maria, Ernest, Arthur and Albert. She will be missed by her many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank her dearest friend Rita Sauve who was there when she was needed. There will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Assumption Church (320 Olmstead Street, Vanier) on Saturday, August 25th at 9:30 a.m. followed by interment at Notre Dame Cemetery on Montreal Road.
