POST, Helen Chisholm (nee Stephen). (1920-2007) Passed away on Tuesday, August 21 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred Post. Helen leaves behind a sister, Barbara Richardson and a brother Douglas Stephen (Alberta). She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Helen accomplished many things during her life including working for GMAC for 32 years, bicycling from Montreal to Toronto in the forties and taking the maiden voyage of the Queen Mary II in 2004. She will be laid to rest at the Mount Royal Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Condolences can be sent to nadine@lamotheapprovals.com.
