ARKELL, Lois Marjorie (nee Humphries) In hospital on Sunday, August 26, 2007 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband R.H. (Bud) Arkell, daughter Anne and granddaughter Tracy. Loving mother of Nancy Lightford (the late Dr. Norman), Keith Arkell (Joanne) and Lois Ellen Dewey (Ray). Dear grandmother of Katherine Little (Jerry), Andrew (Danielle) and Jacob Lightford, Paul (Lee-anne), Steven (Tanya) and Jennifer Arkell, Emily and Nathan (Fiona) Byington. Great-grandmother of Brooke, Holly and Emma. Friends may call at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Carp on Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Almonte General Hospital or St. James Anglican Church, Carp would be appreciated.
