OBITUARY MARGOT KIRBY (nee Marguerite Filion Charbonneau) 1914-2007 Passed away peacefully and surrounded by loving family on August 22, 2007 at the Centre d'Acceuil Vaudreuil at the age of ninety-three. Predeceased by her beloved husband Howard J. D. Kirby. Devoted and loving mother of Suzanne (Gary Ervin), Marguerite (Harold Kerr), and Alena (Stan Zigby). Cherished grandmother of Erin, Hunter, and Nicole Ervin (Flothe), Jason, Tara, and Emily Doherty, Christine and Stefanie Zigby. Also survived by eleven great-grandchildren. Dedicated to volunteering on behalf of numerous charities and organizations, Margots presence and contributions will be deeply missed--Margot was a selfless and giving woman who always put her own needs after those of her family and friends but most of all, she prided herself in being a loving wife, mother and Nana, and providing a warm and welcome home to all her family and friends. A private funeral service for her immediate family was held in her honour at Rideau Memorial Gardens. Our sincerest thanks to the staff of the Centre d'Acceuil Vaudreuil, and especially to Carole Miqueu who guided and supported us, and remained with our Dear Mother until the end. We are deeply grateful for your tender, loving care. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers during this period of mourning.
