Robert GÉRARD

GERARD, Robert Passed away peacefully, on Monday August 27, 2007 at the age of 70. He was the son of the late Ernest Robert and the late Rhea Groulx. Beloved husband of Gilberte Morin. Dear father of Jean-Pierre (Rachelle Gauthier), Diane and Aline (Sylvain Fredette). Proud grandfather of Jean-Michel, Camille, Melissa and Jessica. He is survived by his brothers: Ronaldo (Carmen Lachance), Orian (Gabrielle Lachance), Heribert (Carmen Giroux), Herald (Anita Belanger) Laureat (Berthe Giroux) and one sister, Oriette (Lionel Gagnon), his mother-in-law Georgina Morin; his brothers-in-law Jean-Paul and Jean-Claude (Michele Richard), his sisters-in-law, Lise Carrier and Anita Morin. He was predeceased by one brother Reginald and one sister Carmelle. He will also be missed by many nephews, nieces and friends. Relatives and friends will be received at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, on Friday, August 31, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from 9-10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Church, 2757 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, on Saturday, September 1st at 11 a.m. Interment at the parish cemetery.
