HIGGINS, Charlie Died peacefully in hospital at Carleton Place, Ontario on Wednesday, August 29, 2007. Beloved husband of Jennifer Higgins. Also survived by his daughter Vanessa and step-son Andrew Skillen and sister Marie and many relatives and close friends in Scotland.
