CHRISTENSEN, Bette Helen - (Graduate of Sir Fleming College 1993 in Sociology) - Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday August 29th, 2007 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Robert Christensen. Loving mother of Derek Giddings (Elaine), Rick Lazaroff (Darlene), Michael McMinn and Myles McMinn (Heather). Dear grandmother of Sara, Melody, Kristine, Connor and Angelica. Lovingly remembered by her step- father Don Giddings, step-brother Dean Usher and step-sisters Alma and Pam Usher. Friends may call at the MACCOUBREY FUNERAL HOME, 30 King St., E., Cobourg on Thursday September 6th from 1-2 pm. Followed by a Celebration of Bette's life at 2 pm. If desired donations may be made to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
