PARKER, Betty - At home surrounded by her loved ones after a short illness, on Tuesday, August 21, 2007, Betty Parker. Beloved wife of the late Dick Parker. Betty was a homemaker, loved to do gardening, dance, and sing, and loved everyone she met. She was a loving, giving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be sadly missed by: Rick and Tracy Parker, Sarnia; Andrea (Parker) Squires and Lonnie, W.Va.; Penny Sayers and Donnie Hayward, Sarnia; Holly Parker and companion Andy Maness, Sarnia.Betty was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Kevin Parker, parents Lyle and Elsie Bell, and two sisters Jackie Van Gaver and Donna Mann. Cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service at Moore Union Cemetery, Mooretown on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. for family and friends to say goodbye. Following the service there will be a Celebration of Betty's Life at the FOE Eagles Club, 765 Phillips St. W., Sarnia at 1:00 p.m. Sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, and charity of choice.
