CASE, Karen Lee (Kinna) - Peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, after a short but heroic battle with cancer at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, with her children, family and friends by her side, Karen Lee (Kinna) Case formerly of Alvinston passed away. Predeceased by her husband Bill Case (2004). Survived by her daughter, Stacy (mom to be) (Dale Gordon), son Steve Gray (Aleesha) and precious granddaughter Emma Marie, step- daughter Tracey Smith (Rob) and grandson Tyler, step-son Todd Case (Cathy) and grandsons Scott and Brett. Also survived by her parents, Glen and Doris Kinna and her brother Roger (Colleen) Kinna and nephews Matt and Jeff Kinna. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Visitation Centre, 3232 River St., Alvinston on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 21st at 11 a.m. Rev. Jim Breen officiating. Cremation with interment at Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
