BANNISTER, Ralph Kenneth - Of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Ottawa, Ontario (formerly of Halifax, NS and Sarnia, ON) in Ogdensburg, NY on July 18th at 60 years. Beloved husband of Pat Connelly, and father of Kevin Loiselle (Kathy Bryden) and Kerri Loiselle all of Ottawa. Special Grandad to Aimy Bryden, Alex and Adam Loiselle. Also survived by his mother Irma Bannister, brother Gord (Thuy), sister Ruth Phipps (Gord), brother Tom (Shirley) and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Lorne Bannister. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Moffat Cancer Clinic (www.moffitt.usf.edu) in Tampa, Florida and the Richard E. Winter Cancer Treatment Center (www.chmed.org) in Ogdensburg, NY would be appreciated. 10769925
