RICHTER (formerly Baxter, nee Armstrong), Mary Ann - Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Center on Sunday, September 3, 2007, in her 70th year. Beloved wife to Gord of Peterborough. Loving mother of Tim (Kim) and Jamie (Donna) Baxter also a dear nana to Evan, Clare and Duncan. Dear sister to Charles Armstrong (Katherine) and the late William Armstrong (June).
