HACHEY, Helen (Hammond nee Brown) - Helen was called by her Saviour Jesus Christ, surrounded by the love of her family, on Sunday, July 29, 2007 at the Kingston General Hospital. Cherished mother of Julie (Tom) Rose and David (Junko) Hammond. Dearly missed Granny / Neenee of Sydney, Mackenzie and Kassidy Rose, Aya Lily Hammond. Loved sister of Kenneth Brown, Valerie Burgess, Shelia Pennell and loved sister in law of Donna Brown, Jack Burgess and Doug Pennell. Survived by Jim Hachey. Predeceased by her first husband John Hammond (1994), her parents Orpha and William Brown and sister Elaine Brown. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Helen's Life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 41 Church Street (Portsmouth) with a gathering period on Monday, August 6 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Service of Remembrance will be held in the Church, Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. A private family interment service will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the UHKF Southeastern Ontario Cancer Centre in memory of Helen. 10767847
