JOSIE RITA JACK (nee Galerno) Hanover woman dies and leaves 80 descendants Josie Rita Jack (nee Galerno) entered into rest at the Strathroy Hospital on Saturday, August 4, 2007, in her 85th year. Dear mother of Gordon, Constance, Sharon, Donald, Patricia, Patrick, Herbert, Douglas, Bonnie, Kenneth, Debby and chosen son John. Josie is survived by 32 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her beloved husband Basil Joseph Jack, infant son Howard, two granddaughters Elsie and Jacqueline, two brothers and two sisters. She will remain forever in our hearts. Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover on Tuesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 1:00 pm, at Holy Family Church, Hanover. Father Mervin Perera officiated. Interment in Holy Family Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
