MABEL ANNA WATKE (nee Lerch) Obits - Friday, September 21, 2007 Updated @ 8:41:04 AM MABEL ANNA WATKE (nee Lerch) Mabel Anna Watke (nee Lerch), of Walkerton, passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Thursday, September 13, 2007 in her 98th year. Loving aunt of several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Elmer Watke; sister Hilda Watke; nephews Clayton Watke and Percy Watke and parents John and Margaretha (Hossfeld) Lerch. Visitation at Cameron Funeral, Walkerton was held Sunday from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service was held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 2 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Edward Honneyman officiated. Interment in Walkerton Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dale Watke, Bruce Watke, Charles Trapp, Peter Morrison, Greg Dixon and Glenn Ahrens. Flower bearer was Grant Pries. Memorial donations to the World Hunger or charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
