PRÉVOST, Angèle (née Fournier) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Saturday, September 15th, 2007 at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of Romuald Prévost of Hanmer. Loving mother of Marc Prévost (Jennifer) of Blind River, Michel Prévost (Suzette Barriault) of Val Caron, Georges Prévost (Anne Gascon) of Hanmer, Lise Prévost of St.Catharines and Daniel Prévost. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Michel Jr. and André. She was a courageous lady of strong faith, loving life, who persevered, even through her failing health, to fulfill her dreams and accomplish her many projects. To her loving husband of 53 years, her children, grandchildren and many friends, Angèle leaves a legacy of fond memories. An excellent cook, her home was the center of the family where everyone gathered to enjoy good food, fun and fellowship. Always quick to help others she will be remembered as a dynamic woman who generously shared her light with all she met. She was a proud member of “la Fédération des femmes canadiennes françaises“ for three decades and also dedicated 18 years as treasurer of the Parish Hall. The focus of Angèle's life was her loving family especially her precious grandchildren whom she took great pride and interest in their activities and accomplishments. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, September 20th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in St-Jacques Church, Hanmer.
