ADE, John Robert - In loving memory of John Robert Ade, 71 years, who passed away Tuesday evening, September 18th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Reid) Ade of Sudbury. Loving father of Gordon (wife Liane) of Cambridge, Erik (wife Rhonda) of Kinburn and Heather (husband Paul Kilgour) of Carlton Place. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Hilary, Brenna, Jason, Evan, Katherine and Nicholas. Dear son of Les and Ada Ade both predeceased. Dear brother of Carolyn Ferguson of Sudbury. Dear brother-in-law of Norma (husband Keith Hutchinson) of Toronto, Irene Morelli of Sudbury, Jean Johnson of Kipling and Donna (husband Martti Varpio) of Wahnapitae. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. John was born in Copper Cliff, he graduated from Sudbury Mining and Technical School, then from the Haileybury Mining School. He worked at INCO for 34 years, retiring in 1989. The family wish to thank Dr. Mehta, Joanne Lachapelle of the Nephrology Department for their help and support, also Dr. Herst of the Cancer Centre, and the Palliative Care Nurses at Laurentian Site who helped make John's last days as comfortable as possible. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Saturday, September 22nd, 2007 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
