CHARSLEY, Edna Hannah (Noble) - In loving memory of Edna Hannah (Noble) Charsley, 72 years, who passed away Friday morning, September 21st, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph Health Centre. Beloved wife of William “Uncle Bill“ Charsley of Wahnapitae. Loving mother of Nancy Paradis (husband Bill Walsh) of Garson. Cherished grandmother of Katrina, and great-grandchild Aydon. Loving step mother of Kenneth (wife Gloria) of Halifax, Gail (husband Al Whitford) of Val Caron, Joan (husband Brian Closs) of Wahnapitae, Betty (husband Wally Kostiw) of Sudbury and Dora Nicholson of Niagara Falls. Sadly missed by many step- grandchildren. Dear sister of Geraldine Bradshaw of LaChute, Bryan (wife Margaret) of Mississauga, predeceased by Agnes Derrick, Melvin and Randolph. Born in LaChute, she married Bill in 1981. Edna worked at the Taxation Centre for 20 years and in Banking for 27 years. She was a Charter Member of the Wahnapitae Lions Club, served 25 years as treasurer and hall manager of the Wahnapitae Community Centre, and was a member of the Wahnapitae Mixed Dart Club. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel of the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St, Tuesday, September 25th, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery.
