JONES, John Gibson “Gib” - at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday September 14, 2007, Gib Jones of Hardy Terrace, Mt. Pleasant in his 76th year. Dear husband of Lorna of Hardy Terrace, Mt. Pleasant. Dear father of Kathy & husband Don Willson of Brantford, Brad & wife Diane of Norwich, Patty & husband Bruce Johnson of Bowmanville and Jennifer Jones of Delhi. Step father of Dorothy Ramey of Delhi, Bill & Jackie Ramey of Burgessville and Paul & Nancy Ramey of Brantford. He will be sadly missed by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Remembered by his former wife Mina Jones of Paris. Survived by his brother Bruce & wife Eleanor and sister Alma Fenn all of Burlington. Predeceased by his daughter Sandy, sister Margaret & husband Bill Reid and brother- in-law Graham Fenn. Gib was a former tobacco farmer in the Drumbo area and then founded Lettuce Alive and Gourmet Hydroponics in Norwich. Former member of the Plattsville Masonic Lodge # 178. Relatives and friends may call at the GLENDINNING FUNERAL HOME 40 William St., Plattsville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday September 20, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Eloi Gunn officiating. Interment later in the Wolverton Cemetery.
