PFIFFER, Margaret Rose - Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at Meadows of Dorchester on Monday September 10, 2007 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of 57 years to Steve Pfiffer. Dearly loved mother of Diane (Alan) Bendia of Kitchener, Linda (Mike) Guralski of Stoney Creek and Ed (Lindsay) Pfiffer of Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Christopher and Elizabeth Bendia, Megan and Stephanie Pfiffer. Loving daughter of Mary and the late John Stucz. Dear sister of Lillian Vukanics and Mary Jane Pytlak. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Margaret was a founding member and devout parishioner of St. Thomas More Church and actively involved with the Catholic Women's League where she held the title of Past-President. She was involved in the music ministry and especially enjoyed the Bell Choir. Margaret retired from the Welland County Roman Catholic Separate School Board after many years of service as a school secretary. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls visiting Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Lundy's Lane Cemetery. The Vigil for Margaret will be celebrated Friday at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Members of the Knights of Columbus Hennepin Assembly # 1831 will conduct a prayer service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In memory of Margaret donations in lieu of flowers to the St. Thomas More Church Bell Choir would be appreciated by her family. 10822808
