KING, Darren Ross - After a courageous battle with cancer, Darren ended his journey surrounded by his family on September 13 at the age of 42. Beloved husband of Lisa. Devoted father of Jacob and Nicholaus. Youngest son of Jimmy and Libby. Much loved brother of Mike (Mary Jane) Pat (Natalie), Kevin (Cyndy) and Christine (Curtis) Giasson. Dear son-in-law of Terry (Jana) and Ben (Beth) Tetreault. Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered as Big 'D' to all the boy's friends. Thanks to Dr. Walde and nurse Brenda Fera at the Sault Cancer Clinic. And special thanks to the nursing staff and doctors at the Thessalon Hospital. Words can not express the gratitude we feel for all your care and support. The celebration of Darren's life will take place on Saturday September 15 at the Thessalon Bible Chapel. A family service will be held at 12:30 followed by a funeral service at 2:00 where friends may attend. Mike Tulloch officiating. Following interment friends and family are invited to share in refreshment at the chapel as a tribute to Darren's life. Darren fought hard and desperately wanted to beat this disease.
