OBITUARY JANKI (VIMLA) MAHTANI (NEE AMARANANI) Taken from us too soon on August 31, 2007 at Hotel-Dieu Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Kan Amarnani. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Ram and Sham Mahtani, as well as countless family members and friends around the world. We remember all her goodness and take heart in the fond memories she left behind: Her daily prayer, her patience and equanimity with everything life hurled at her; her love for all living things; her soft nature with all her children; her gentle smile; and -- her most endearing quality -- her great, uninhibited, limitless love for 'Krishna'. All are traits we will remember her by. The world is short one kindhearted and gentle soul. 1) Services will be held at Rideau Funeral Home (4275 Des Sources) on Thursday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. - followed by Langar at Hindu Mandir. 2) Daily services and Langar at Wellington Gurdhwara from September 7 to 14. 3) Service and Langar at Hare Krishna Mandir on Sept 23 from 5:30 pm Mahtani family welcomes all family, friends and wellwishers.
