FRASER, Catherine Elizabeth In Sarnia, Ontario on Monday, September 3rd, 2007, age 93. Catherine Fraser, wife of the late William John Schubert Fraser of Ottawa. Dear sister of Marion Alexander of Vancouver, B.C. Loving mother of Schubert Bruce (Anne) Fraser of Ottawa, Brian (Susan) Fraser of Plano, Texas; and Donald (Sharon) Fraser of Sarnia. Beloved grandmother of Heather (Mrs. Ian Thomson), Robin, David (Angela), Amber, Jeffrey, Chris (Lori), Leslie (Mrs. Darren Manns) and Graham. Great-grandmother of Miriam Anne Thomson, Sydney Catherine Fraser and Avery Elizabeth Fraser. Catherine was a long-time participant in the Engineers' Wives Association, St. George's Ladies bowling league, and informal bridge groups with friends in Ottawa. Friends may pay respects at Tubman Funeral Homes Westboro Chapel, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt Avenue, on Thursday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral serivce will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Westboro United Church, 450 Churchill Avenue, Ottawa. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Engineers' Wives Association Bursary Fund.
