WALKER, Shirley Sept. 5, 1954 - Sept. 3, 2007 Peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Monday evening, September 3, 2007 at the age of 53 after a lengthy battle with liver disease. She died with her family at her side. Dearly loved daughter of Bernice Noblitt (nee Phillips) and (late Harvey). Cherished wife and soul mate of Steven Walker. Predeceased by infant son Toby. Loving Marmee to her children Dawn (Arthur), Sabrina, Jesse (Becky) and Sheldon (Amanda). Beloved Grandma to Bryce. She will be greatly missed by cousin Julie (Carl) Mitchell. Shirley will be dearly remembered by members of her extended family and her many dear friends. Many thanks to her doctors, nurses and hospital staff for their immeasurable kindness and care. Special thanks to Dr. Cindy Morrison, Elaine Mawdsley and Meg Illman-White for their extra care and support. Resting at the Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior where friends and family can pay their respects on Thursday, September 6, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to a service at Grace St. Andrew's United Church, 269 John Street N. Arnprior on Friday, September 7, 2007 at 7:00 o'clock in the evening. In lieu of flowers donations to the liver transplant team in Shirley's name would be greatly appreciated.
