RICHLER, Miriam (nee Kahan). After a lengthy illness, surrounded by her family on Monday, September 3, 2007. Beloved wife of Bernard Richler for sixty-three years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Marlene and Jack Dworkind, the late Barbara Rebecca Richler. Devoted Grandmother of Shneur and Nechama Dworkind, Aviva and Jonathan Robinson, Danna and Harold Scharf. Proud Great-Grandmother of Yisroel Meir, Aliza and Chavy Dworkind; Emily Robinson; Molly Scharf. Dear sister-in-law of Sarah and the late Louis Weiser, Anne Richler, Michael and Erica Richler, Israel and Reva Richler, Max and Terry Richler, Freda and the late Kalman Black, Lily and the late Harold Friendly, David and Goldie Richler, the late Moe and the late Sarah Richler, the late Celia and the late Shimshon Hershcovich, the late Harry and the late Goldie Richler, the late Joe and the late Sarah Richler, the late Ettie and the late Harry Cooperman. Sadly mourned by her many nieces and nephews in Canada, U.S.A. and Israel. With gratitude to the wonderful staff of 8 NW of the Jewish General Hospital and with appreciation for the special compassion of her caregivers Lucy Alupasi and Asare Baffour. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday September 5, at 1 p.m. Burial at the Beth Israel Beth Aaron Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at 6500 Mackle Rd. #508, C.S.L.
