John Daniel STINSON

STINSON, John Daniel Age 82, of 34 Seguin Street in Ottawa, died quietly on Wednesday, September 5, 2007. Mr. Stinson was born in Cobourg and was a retired Radiation Technologist for the National Research Council. Mr. Stinson was the son of the late Harold Stinson and the late Marie Stinson (L'Esperance). Mr. Stinson was also predeceased by 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Mr. Stinson is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mrs. Iris Stinson, his daughters, Tracy Mellings of Ottawa and Judy Stricharuk of St. Catharines; Sons-in-law: Ian Mellings and Ron Stricharuk; his 4 grandchildren: Christy, Erica, Lenny and Danielle and his 2 great-grandchildren: Darcy and Tyler. Also, survived by 2 sisters: Mary and Rosemarie of Cobourg; one brother Bill of Kingston. The family request that memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A memorial service will be planned at a later date. His memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part God has him in His keeping. We have him in our hearts.
