Deborah FRANKEL

FRANKEL-HOWARD, Deborah 1945 - 2007 With deep sadness, we announce the sudden death of Deborah Frankel-Howard in June of this year. Deborah was the beloved daughter of the late Saul and Freda Frankel, dear sister to Daniel and Naomi and loving aunt to Simon. Deborah was a valued friend and colleague to many during her 34 years with the Federal Public Service. She had very recently retired, and at the time of her death had already enthusiastically embarked on new adventures. We will forever miss her strength, intelligence, sharp wit and soft heart. Those who wish, may make a donation in memory of Deborah Frankel-Howard to a charity of their choice or to McGill University's Saul and Freda Frankel Prize Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 9/8/2007
