VAN VELTHOVEN, Etienne M. Peacully at May Court Hospice on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Anna Maria Van Velthoven. Father of Jackie Burke (Sandy) of Ottawa, Shelly and Tammy, both of Australia. Brother of Irene Schouten (Tony) of Richmond, Lucky of Calgary and Roger (predeceased). Graveside Service will be held on Friday at 4 p.m. in St. Pascal Baylon Cemetery. Reception at 5:30 p.m. in Mess Hall CFRB, Dow's Lake, Prince of Wales/Preston Street, Ottawa (Sergeant's Mess). A special thanks to Dr. Susan Gick for her compassionate care. Donations to the May Court Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
