PERKIN, Kuo Hua With sadness we announce the unexpected death of Kuo Hua Perkin, 46, at Queensway-Carleton Hospital on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Beloved wife of John Perkin, loving mother of Katrina and Rosemarie. Daughter of Wu Jen Chi and Hsiu Mei Chi of Toronto. Sister of Pai (Norman) Tsung, Hsi Chi of Toronto and Kai (King Ling) Liu of Germany. Daughter-in-law of Leon and Helen Perkin of Listowel. Sister-in-law of Joanne (Terry) Chambers of Harriston, Mary Ellen Perkin and Paul Mellema of Ottawa. Aunt of Yu-Chen, Isabel, Monika, Jessica, Jason, Jackie and Michael. Kuo was a dedicated employee of General Dynamics in Bells Corners. She was deeply committed to her hobby instructing fitness and yoga. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 15 at Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) from 5 to 9 p.m. A celebration of Kuo's life will be held on Sunday, September 16 in the Pinecrest Visitation Centre at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. In keeping with her commitment to fitness and healthy lifestyle, in lieu of flowers we request donations to the Education Foundation of Ottawa or the National Capital Region YM/YWCA (Health, Fitness and Recreation).
