BECKER, Freya-Lee (nee Engel). Peacefully, after a courageous battle, on Tuesday, September 11, 2007. Devoted, unselfish and loving wife of Syd. Cherished daughter of Edith and the late Hy. A constant presence to her children Tracy and Dread, and Stuart. Overjoyed "Grammma" to her precious Alexia Madison. Beloved big sister of Bev and her husband Paul. Dear sister-in-law of Allan and Hessa. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, her family, her many supportive, wonderful friends, and all of her adoring "kids". The family would like to acknowledge with thanks doctors Zigby, Kreisman, Neron and Melnychuk, and the staff at the Jewish General Hospital for their ongoing care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, September 16 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Beth Tikvah Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at 11 Sandringham St., D.D.O. from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
