SHUTE, JOHN A. John A. Shute of Fredericton, NB, passed away after a short but courageous and valiant effort fighting cancer at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, September 19th, 2007 at the age of 60. Born in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Frank and Winnifred (Cameron) Shute and the husband of Delorise "Dian" Green. John was an avid car enthusiast and in his younger years an avid hunter and fisherman. Survived by his loving wife of 38 years, "Dian" (Green); his three children, Tanya (Neil MacDonald) of Halifax, NS and Natalie and Sean both of Fredericton, NB as well as two adorable grandchildren, Charlotte Olivia and Stephen Alexander MacDonald of Halifax, NS. There will be no visitation or floral tributes at his request. The funeral service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral on Monday, September 24th, 2007 at 2:00 pm. The Very Rev. Keith Joyce officiating. A private interment will be held in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice.
