LETANG Maurice (Pat) - In Loving Memory Of Maurice Letang (Pat) Passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on July 5, 2007 at the Timmins and District Hospital. At the age of 73. Beloved husband of Gloria (nee Deforge). Loving father of Douglas (Susan Mellon) Letang. Stepfather of Denis (Anita) Allen, Regina (Dale) Kirkland, and Joanne (Marcel) Couture. Grandfather of Darcy Letang, Dale, Ryan & Amanda Kirkland, Marcel, Christopher & Chantalle Couture and Cindy Mellon. Great grandfather of Marcel, Aiden, Ethan Couture and Jaxon Kirkland. Dear brother of Ron (Claudette), Wayne and June. Pat was predeceased by his first wife Doris, his brother Fred Letang and three sisters. He was born in Blind River, Ontario and has been a resident of the Porcupine Camp since 1964. Pat had been employed by the Dome Mine for 26 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking. Remembrance donations received through the Funeral Home to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Miner's Memorial Fund will be gratefully acknowledged by the family. A Funeral Service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at STINSON FUNERAL HOME on Monday July 9th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Mitch Sliwa officiating.
