Raymond Albemi COTE

Cote, Raymond Albemi 68 years. After battling cancer for nearly 2 years, Raymond passed away on August 18, 2007 at Malden Park. Beloved husband of 46 years to Jean Marie. Dear father of Christopher & Louise Cote, Ottawa; Mary Beth & Brian Whelan, Gatineau, Quebec, Jeffrey (1993), and Lori Cote. Proud Grandpa to Martin, Steven, Dominic, Zachary, Chantal and Daniel. Brother of Emmanuel & the late Shirley (2002), River Canard; George & Sandra, Trenton; Henriette & the late Eli Renaud (2003), B.C.; Juliette & Victor Papineau, Belle River; and Blaise & Geralyn, Belle River. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Ray was a bus driver for 40 years, 30 of which were with Transit Windsor, and he also worked for H&R Block for 10 years. Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 9 a.m. In kindness, memorial donations may be made to Hospice or to Transition to Betterness.
