KENNEDY, James "Jim" Passed away with his family by his side on August 26, 2007 at 59 years of age, late of Essex. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Jamieson). Loving Step-Dad and best friend to Jim and Carole Quesnel of Woodslee, and John Quesnel of B.C. Son of the late Edith and Henry and son-in-law of Edna and her late husband Bruce Jamieson. Dear Grandpa of Josh, Corey, Hallie and Dylan Quesnel. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Garnet and wife Barb Kennedy, the late Bernice, wife of Bill Bridgen, Irene and husband Bob Vickery, the late Marie, wife of Paul Duckworth, Shirley and husband Glen Pedwell, Bill Kennedy and Loretta Hyland, Mary Adkins and Ed Vollans, Don and wife Marilyn Kennedy. Brother-in-law of Bob and wife Val Jamieson, and Rick and wife Judy Jamieson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim worked most of his life in body shops throughout Essex County. A very special thank you is extended to the Nursing Staff, as well as all the Doctors at Hotel-Dieu in ICU and 6 West. Visiting Tuesday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. from the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North, Essex. with Reverend Doreen Canavan officiating. Interment will follow at Country Meadows Cemetery.
