LIBBY, Cynthia Jean (Cindy) 45 years, tragically on August 20, 2007. Devoted mother of Bobby Lewis. Loving daughter of Maureen Libby and Thomas & Betty Libby. Best friend and baby sister of Becky Gionet, Arlene & Rick Marier, Pat & Mary Gionet, Tammy & John Lewis and Tim Libby of Penticton, BC. Dearest friend and loving companion George. Former wife and friend of Bob Lewis and his children Tina & Renee. Favourite and funniest auntie of James & Cheryl Hughes, Al & Sherry Hughes, Dean & Joanne Hughes, Vanessa "Suzie" Marier & Jay Nantais, Paul Marier & Mellissa Roland, Mercedes Marier, Lisa & Tanya Gionet, P.J. Whitehead, Greg Hryniw, Shelley Lewis along with many great nieces and nephews. Dear niece of Colleen Thorne and Terry & Marlene Dean. Predeceased by her grandparents Gramma & Papa Dean and Stanley & Margaret Libby and her uncle David Gregory. Cindy was loved by many friends too numerous to mention. She was a dedicated Union Stewart with the Teamsters Union, Local 880. Cindy will be lovingly remembered for her sense of humour, love of life and her contagious laugh. If you so desire, donations to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. Visiting will be held Wed. 7-9 pm and Thurs. 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held Friday at 11:30 am at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
